Refund policy

We want you to love your Beeplii kit. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return window: Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition: Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging. Because our kits include punch-out pieces and small parts, we cannot accept returns on opened kits unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we pay return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Missing pieces: If your kit is opened and your child is enjoying it but a piece is missing, just write to contact@beeplii.com. We send replacement pieces from the studio at no charge.

How to start a return: Email contact@beeplii.com with your order number and the reason, and we will reply with instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we confirm by email. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
